About the Project

For the innovative company BackToReality, I handled the entire technical development of their product line. This project is the ultimate example of the 'idea to production' flow where mechanics, electronics, and software seamlessly come together in a high-quality consumer product.

Technical Realizations

• Mechanical Design: Optimization of existing designs and integration of robust mechanical locking systems.
• Electronics & PCB: Component selection and design of the full electronic architecture for energy efficiency and reliability.
• Firmware Development: Writing the code for both devices, including timer logic, OLED control, and motor drivers.
• Rapid Prototyping: In-house 3D printing in prototype materials to verify tolerances, dimensions, and assembly.
• Production Guidance: Coordination with external suppliers for the realization of the final versions in various color schemes.
